Introducing Need Him Global’s New Advisory Board
Part of leading a ministry is thinking about where it will be in the future and who will help guide it there. We are excited to share that we have launched an Advisory Board to the ministry. This is a group of younger, gifted believers who will bring fresh perspective and unique experiences to support ministry leadership as we continue to empower live Gospel-centered conversations between seekers and compassionate Christian responders.
This Advisory Board represents more than an organizational milestone. It reflects our conviction that God raises up different generations to serve his purposes together. The men and women joining the Advisory Board bring professional expertise, ministry networks, and a passionate commitment to digital evangelism that will strengthen and sharpen our work while potentially building a pipeline of future leaders that may desire to join the Ministry Board of Directors.
Advisory Board members will serve across several key areas. They will provide strategic counsel on organizational challenges and initiatives while looking for opportunities to expand the ministry network and influence. This team will also seek ways for the ministry to enhance its visibility with other ministries. Like the Board of Directors, they will support fundraising, resource development, and future leadership recruitment.
These aren’t passive roles. Members are expected to engage actively offering honest, constructive feedback, sharing insight on trends and best practices, and helping us identify opportunities and areas for growth. They will advocate for the ministry, connect us to resources and relationships, and serve as informed ambassadors for what God is doing through Need Him Global.
As you would expect, every Advisory Board member agrees with our Statement of Faith and adheres to our Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy. We asked them to bring their expertise and networks, to maintain confidentiality, and to show up with a genuine heart for the mission as fellow workers in the Gospel.
We are grateful for each person who said yes and already devoted their valuable time to helping the ministry. Please join us in praying for each Advisory Board member and this new chapter of shared leadership.
