Latest Ministry Reading Plan
Many conversations involve difficult spiritual or personal struggles. We often have guests asking if there are additional resources they can access to assist in their journey through these challenging issues. In addition to encouraging folks to get involved in community within healthy Bible teaching churches, the ministry also may supply access to resources that speak clearly into the specific issue the seeker is experiencing.
In order to keep a current list of trustworthy resources, we are regularly reviewing different articles and programs that we can safely share with seekers. When we find areas of conversation that are growing, with a lack of strong materials, we consider publishing Gospel-focused resources that address those topics
This is how the ministry started publishing short reading plans to address different spiritual struggles. We currently offer 16 different reading plans available for no charge on the Holy Bible app (bible.com). Our plans include topics covering self-harm, pornography, purpose, identity, habitual sin, loneliness, intrusive thoughts and getting closer to God. Each reading plan includes the Gospel and offers a link to chat with our volunteers. We recently went over 1.1 million subscriptions to these plans.
We are regularly tracking and monitoring how conversation topics are changing and the best ways to meet people coming to discuss those issues. We are excited to report that Jesus, prayer, and salvation are growing topics over the past six months. Another area experiencing significant increase has been forgiveness and repentance. A search on forgiveness and repentance resources offers a wide range of options with few offering biblical clarity.
The ministry partnered with GotQuestions to create a new five-day reading plan on Biblical Repentance – Finding Peace and Forgiveness. We have seen thousands of people access this resource in the first few weeks after publishing and are grateful for the partnership with such a strong organization for biblical answers to so many different questions. We ask you to join us in praying for those seeking forgiveness and true change in their lives.
